Charlie from Storm Ready Exteriors presented on time. He listened to my concerns, grabbed his ladder and went on the roof. He found the problem, fixed the loose roof cap and was on his way! Robert and his team did a phenomenal job at installing and replacing my roof and gutters and did some siding repairs as well. If you think you have ANY storm damage and are looking to file a claim with your insurance company, call these guys first. They will give you a timely inspection and help you through the claim process, and will even walk around with the insurance adjuster to adequately show the scope of work that will need to be done. I am completely satisfied with the end result. Good job guys!

I went out this morning to shovel the 6 inches of snow we had overnight...probably not a great idea since I'm in my 70s with health issues. And there was Charlie from Storm Ready asking if I needed his help. Boy, you betcha. And his price was well below what a company had charged last time. With such friendly and helpful service I will keep this company in mind for our renovation needs.

Mr. Charlie came out and checkout the issues, provided an estimate and from that point I moved forward with the service. I had an issue with my back gutters. They had detached from the house. Jordan was extremely professional, answered all my questions, outlined differing scenarios and cost estimates. The work was done timely, and the work site was clean. The change in gutters, the recommendation to wrap them in metal, and Jordan’s remaining on the work site, really put my mind at ease. Would recommend and use their services again.

Storm Ready recently replaced my roof. They worked with me and my insurance company making the process simple and seamless for us. The team did great work and kept the work site clean from start to finish.

We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!

I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors. I've never submitted a homeowner's claim and was hesitant, but they walked me through the entire process. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I told them I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything other than the deductible and a few days later I had a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to upgrade my gutters.

Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. Robert and his team are not only knowledgeable, skilled, and communicative- but clearly place high pride in their work, treating our home as if it were their own, or that of one they love- as well as highly personable, consulting and advising on additional concerns I had on unrelated aspects (i.e. landscaping) as they worked and even recommending and reaching out to other contractors/companies to address those concerns.
